As an EX-loyal costumer of over 2 years, 6 months ago I would describe Breezy Nails as a close nail parlor, affordable prices and friendly staff. I know that from April until October I have not changed in appearance so when arriving to the salon at 4:30pm I assumed I would be greeted with all the familiar faces and smiles. I was DEAD WRONG!
