Oh my god never again

DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP!!! I have now had my 3rd run in's with these d@!%!**#s. MY FAULT FOR GOING 3 TIMES I KNOW. They are one of the only close E-test places so i was stuck. They did a certification for me and Etest as well. When I got the car back they had done balancing on the tires, charged me $90 and then told me the rims are all bent. WTF????? All the rims are bent.......hard to believe. BUT....my biggest issue is why try to balance rims if they are all bent?? WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY,
