Best in Bowness

They got the moniker for the nbhd, and there's a reason why you should respect it. If you live in Bowness you know what I mean. Great Vietnamese food and service.

unclean restaurant

I have very good input on a LOT of the Vietnamese restaurants in town. Me and my friend went through a period where we toured the city's vietnamese restaurants, critiquing each. Every Saturday and Sunday, and whatever we could manage on the odd week day lunch hour. Really it was pass / fail for each restaurant, though failing doesn't mean it's terrible just that I wouldn't go back, compared to the other restaurants in town. I always order one of 5 dishes to compare each restaurant and here I've had the vermacelli with beef sausage and shrimp. It was a bit skimpy, and actually cold. I was disappointed, and the atmosphere just put this place further down the list. Not recommended.

Great fresh food & upscale decor

Can't believe this place is climbing the Calgary TripAdvisor list!?! First time here and no reviews so we couldn't help stopping in to gauge for ourselves,
Interior is warm and inviting, divided into Twp sections with a small bar seat section. Staff are friendly and joking with patrons, mostly regulars.
