I had waxing done at Bove and I found the staff to be very friendly, they made me feel very comfortable. The waxing was quick and the environment was very calming and clean.

Staff were pleasant and welcoming but the environment made the place feel illegitimate and very loosely put together. Pedicures are done with feet in a soapy basin while sitting on a bench. Rusty pedicure/manicure tools. The massage was done in a back room that looked like a storage room.
