Good but could be so much better

Food is always great and choices are excellent. Great menu.
Service is always slow, no charisma, people standing around computers wiping menus rather than helping each other clear plates or run food.
Ticket times are long. Kids meals are good value.
Bathrooms are f-ing disgusting.
Can't busboys also do 15 minute bathroom checks? Gross.

had dinner at this location twice. both times it was excellent. I had the seafood pasta, my friend had the 5 cheese ravioli . Tuesday are / were are special pasta nights, so our dinners were only 10.99 instead of almost double that price.
wine by the glass was 5. good deal ! server was FULL of personality !

Appetizers and beer
July 08, 2014Service was great, then a again we were the only ones in the restaurant for lunch at 2:30 PM. Had a nice dark beer on tap and several appetizers.
