I have no idea why this is a bad place to eat. When we were across Canada we were hungry, and this was pretty good food and this Is a excellent place to eat. place was clean, and some reason why my photo is sideways. Good service, and good food. I'm a Canadian who has been living in the USA for almost four years now, and when we come back to Canada, Boston Pizza is always on our list of places to go - we really love the food!
The Cranbrook location, as evidenced by the multiple Yelp reviews, is a train wreck. It's obvious most of the wait staff were hired for their looks and not their skills.
