sorry, boston pizza, not good enough
BPs used to be a really great place: good value, good family restaurant, good food. now they are way overpriced, service is mediocre, and i don't want to go back.

i just ordered delivery from the 17th ave s.w. boston pizza when it arrived half of the order was wrong when i called back and got the mgr and proceeded to explain this was'ent the first time this had happened i was met with the response that" mabey next time i should go somewhere else" "wow i was kitchen supervisor at a boston pizza for over a year myself and i know that is not how we treat... more

September 26, 2011Cliffs:1) guy needed 5 times to write down my #2) said it would take 10 mins delivery3) I called at 40 mins, guy said delivery just left4) a little over an hour, I call no delivery5) guy tells me number is wrong & apologizes6) it arrives in 5 mins

April 20, 2011very awkward.. me and my young brother (from out of town) have a tradition of alway going to a BPs and making custom pizzas. While we usually are at the Shawnessy BPs we were in the 17th ave area. It honestly was an awkward experience. the staff are very weird, the food was not made correctly, took us 2.5 hours to finally get out of there.
