Completely Disagree - Excellent Agency
There's no substitute for personal service and I can't say enough about Josie and Franco at the Bona Vista - these individuals with their experience and attention made bookings painless and exciting, something you just can't get anymore from the online travel sites.
As to the vacation plans for which Bona Vista is a suggested travel agency, it all depends on what you want to get out of it. Works for a family or those who want to vacation in larger units at a reasonable cost. Sure the salespeople use all kinds of incentives in order to make the deal, but that's their business and profession, and speaking as one with a sales background, I can appreciate the negotiations aspect where a savvy buyer can negotiate quite a good deal!
So as I said above, I completely disagree with the agency reviews since they have been fantastic and as to the sour grapes respecting the membership purchases maybe these guys couldn't negotiate a good deal (funny that one of the reviews is by a brother in law and not the actual buyer ... hmmm).
