Friendly staff but bland food. I ordered a Vietnamese sub which was not spicy despite me asking them to make it spicy. The beef I found to be overloaded with soy sauce and unappealing. And on top of that it was more expensive than other restaurants. I can't speak for the other food but if you're looking for a good Vietnamese sub this is not the place.

Mama makes this such a homey environment, treats all guests like family. GREAT FOOD. BEST VIETNAMESE RESTAURANT in CALGARY. pick anything from the menu and it will not disappoint.

We. Love. Bolsa. The staff are phenomenal, the food exceptional, the delivery fast and if you haven't tried the #7 pork balls, you really should.
