Didn't meet expectations
It sounded like a cool place when my friends told me about it, but when we went here it wasn't very good food. The atmosphere was interesting, and it was cultural, but I've had better quality food.

I was excited to come here for Brazilian BBQ, having not experienced it before, but overall it didn't reach my expectations. My friends talked this place up a bit too much, perhaps. It's good if you don't know much about Brazilian food, and interesting to try at least once, but not a place I would think to come back to.

This was our first visit and we certainly enjoyed it. The previous reviews we read said "come hungry". You want to make sure you do come hungry. Food was delicious and the pineapple - to die for!

as an active part of the Brazilian community and fresh of a trip to Rio, I was a little disappointed by Bolero. For one thing, being a table of 2 left us wondering if we were not off the path of the "swords". Our waiter did notice with somewhat of a reasonnable time, but we still had to request other cuts of meat, and the pineapple to come to the table as we kept on getting the Top Sirloin... more
