Sorry to bother you

It really sucks when your local hardware store is run by a bunch of a@!%!**s who act like their customers are a bother, who don't take care of their tools, who don't have any signs for where their items are located, who run out of common stock (ie Phillips head drill bits) and then guess that they'll probably get some more in a couple weeks. I've got to admit they are slowly coming around but last week I had to lose my s@!t for them to perk their ears up and realize they are running a business not hanging out in a club. Last weekend I rented a concrete saw only to have it leak gasoline all over the back of my van, and got not a f*ing word of apology. The two brothers or cousins who essentially run the place treat the other employees like s@!t, and they've got a sticker saying 'No more favours / Trust no one' at the rental counter. WTF? Add that to the sullen looks on their faces and you want to give them a smack. Nice Ferraris in the back.
