Spa package Scam
Bought a spa package for this company at the bridal expo 2013. They hired a company called Ad Star Salon and Spa promotions to sell for them. When I called to book she informed me that they were only supposed to sell 600 and they sold over 3000. They were only honouring the 600. She told me to call and file a police report, and then contact my credit card company and try to get my money back. They took no responsibility for this situation and now expect me to fix it. I am completely p@!%!d and would never ever recommend this spa to anyone! I spent hours on the phone with my credit card company, which now my card has been cancelled and I have been issued a new one, I also had to phone the cop and get information, and then go file a police report! Not impressed at all!!!
Not impressed.
My experience summed up in one word was "Mediocre". The staff was nice and friendly, so no complaints there. I bought a deal online for a 45 min manicure, 60 min pedicure and 60 min facial (2.45 hr total), but i was in and out of there in 1.30 hrs. The mani-pedi was 1 hr long and the facial was 30 mins long. I was told that since i bought the services at such a discounted price, that i would not get the full extent of the service they normal provide, which was quite disappointing to hear. If that is the case, then they should not sell it as a (2 hr 45 min) full length service. That was misleading. Also, i've had better mani-pedis before, even at discounted prices.
So i was not impressed.

Exceptional treatments and people! The only spa I go to in Edmonton. Knowledgeable staff and attention to detail in every procedure has kept me coming back.

I have been going here since the business opened and I absolutely love the quality of the services they provide. The owner is very personable and kind and always treats the customers well. She is involved in every aspect of the spa which is wonderful to see. The staff have a passion for what they do and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good quality pampering.
