On the Downhill

This was my first gym and it used to be my favourite, its location was very close to my house and when I had joined back in 07 it was newly renovated and still rather new. I never had a problem with their billing which is surprising seeing as how most gym's today always gave you trouble, I also never felt pressured to undertake any Personal Training.

They offer martial arts, spinning, Personal training, nutrition and chiropractor services. There is also a coin tanning bed (which I never used). The facility is in rather good shape.

What I noticed is it started to get very crammed at literally every hour of the day (3PM-9PM), seeing as how it is a small location it started to take me a lot longer to do my typical routine due to the lack of multiple equipment. Although everything you need is available, simply having one of each isn't sufficient for the amount of traffic that goes through this gym.

I hope they get bigger, but until then I have moved on.
