Unprofessional & shorter service than stated
The 1 hour 45min deal I bought online states "1hour 45min", I'd even called beforehand to ask how long it'd take & I was told 1hr 45min to 2hrs. But the facial took less than 1 hour 30min. I spoke to the staff at the counter & to the lady
who did the facial.
Their excuses:
1. different people have different skin types, my facial was shorter because I didn't need such a long treatment
2. 15minutes difference doesn't matter
3. the package is already very cheap
When I asked the beautician why the extraction took such a short time even though I'd many blackheads, I was told I needed to go back more in order for all my blackheads to be extracted.
When the beautician told me the soli-tone process would take 15min, I told her that the package I got states 20min. She laughed & said "5min doesn't make a difference".
They continued to try to promote their other facials even when I questioned them about the short service.
After the facial, I found I still had blackheads which even I could squeeze, & there was paper in my nose!
There was also constant noise next to be because the room is next to Starbucks cafe. The beautician had also left the tap on during my treatment so there was a constant dripping noise, even though I said "excuse me", she left the room.
I give 0/5 but this review requires me to put at least 1 star out of 5.
Body renaissance
My experience at Body Renaissance was like a mini spa vacation. My skin loved it,my aching muscules loved and so did I. I would defineately come back anytime I feel the urge to relax.
