very unorganized. they didn't even know i had already been there. they don't accept drive in, the service advisers are not fully knowledgeable about the vehicles. hogan chev is much better.

We got a great deal on a used car here. The sales staff were desperate to make a deal (it was pouring rain and not too busy, and there was a sale on). They were about as persistant as you can expect used car salespeople to be without being rude, and when we said we were leaving, they let us take the car for the afternoon.
