Staff are confused...horrible customer service

We ordered well in advance. First they got the order mixed up with someone else's. Then they damaged the furniture upon delivery. To reorder another one, they first told us 1 months, the called a month later to tell us it was pushed back another month! My baby will be here before my furniture!

We heard from several people that this was a great store because of their wide selection and affordable prices. This may be true but if you are looking for *any* level of customer service (above what can be provided by a gorilla), then look elsewhere.
