Good food, nice atmosphere
I was in Edmonton with three girlfriends on a girls' weekend. We stopped by for brunch and didn't have to wait long for service and a table, even with the market litterally just outside.
The food was good, the service was friendly, the decore was just the right mix of clutter and chic.

The Blue Plate is one of my favorite downtown spots for lunch. Although the daily special often sounds tempting, I'm drawn back again and again for the mac & cheese, which is consistently excellent, pefectly cooked and all the things a good mac & cheese should be - creamy, cheesy and oh so good.
