I ordered roses to be on the table of a nearby restaurant at 7:30. I ordered at noon. I was assured that they would be there by six. The arrived as we were leaving at 8:30. I was mortified. The "owner" John was unapologetic. He referred me to the fine-print on the web site, blamed me for ordering too late, wouldn't explain why they missed the time and wouldn't rebate any amount. He stopped replying to my emails. Their phone number doesn't work after hours, so my 20 calls between 6 and 7 PM to find out what was going on were not answered.
Criminals - Do Not Use
After placing a $60 order of flowers, they were not delivered.
Called their customer services and was told they cannot help and there were no refunds.
This company is a scam, do not use. Will be reporting them to my credit card company and Better Business Bureau.

Ordered flower online on Sunday night needed for a funeral on Monday noon (specified around 12). Called twice to confirm the delivery & they charged additional $30 for delivery (which should be free of charge for same day delivery) flower arrived at 2 pm instead, Right before burial ceremony. Defiantly not $180 worth of flowers not to mention the delivery services.
I'd actually been worried after they missed a delivery at my mom's clinic (she'd been out to lunch) and she came home to say she hadn't gotten her flowers.
