I have 6 bridesmaids in my wedding. We met one of the sales girls at the bridal fair and she was super helpful so we decided to go and get the girls bridesmaid dresses from here. We got there and they were nice of course. The owner Tammy was the one who fitted all the girls and helped us chose the dresses and the sash that would compliment the dress. We ordered the dresses and as one of the girls was paying for her dress I looked at the receipt and notice that it said cobalt/cobalt. I said to the girl, no we want black & cobalt. She said don’t worry about that it’s just for us to use as a code. This was back in March. June rolls around and I get the call that the dresses are in and we need to book an appt for the fittings. Made the appt and go to it. They bring out the dress and they did order cobalt/cobalt. I almost died! I spoke to the owner and she said to me “well I am ordering you in black sashes but this is your fault not mine. I am taking a hit on the sashes and I will not do anything else because you are to blame!” I am appalled by her ignorance and rudeness. All I asked her was if she could give us some type of discount or do the alterations at no charge. She then pretended that she has no knowledge of what we actually ordered even though she was the person who helped us in the 1st place. She has partially wrecked my wedding day and will not accept any responsibility for this and even had the gall to tell me that her staff does not make mistakes. DO NOT give her your business otherwise she will cost you money on your special and crucial day and have no remorse for it. I have been in the customer service industry for over 15 years and I would and have never treated one of my clients/customers like this ever!
