Blink - it's the River Cafe for people on a time budget. Old favourites such as mushroom toast and yoghurt panna cotta remain on the menu but change to reflect seasonal ingredients. Still the best place to take guests in downtown Calgary for a lunch.

I did not check kid-friendly because it is really not a kid style restaurant. That being said, they have always been very friendly to my 11 yr old and she loves the restaurant. They do not offer a kids menu, but that is not something that we need or want.
