Worst place in the city!

This Window Covering / Design Store in Waterloo claims to be the best in the region... It clearly is NOT.

Here is what I noticed from my experience:
- They charge outrageous prices
- Owners have little to no product / design sense or care for clients
- Claim to have a 4-6 week product guarantee which is FALSE
- Design services are weak and can be found cheaper elsewhere
- The woman owner talks trash of ex-employees which I found disgusting and a representation of the company itself

Please if I can offer any advice you will NOT shop here and save your money.

Blind Ambition is a horrible representation of the small hardworking independent stores in the area. Please save your time & money!
