Indifferent and Expensive

I try to give my custom to locally operated businesses, but after the extremely expensive and indifferent service I received here, it is sadly back to costco or other generic tire shops.
Stripped the lug nuts on my wheel, left me unable to remove the wheels and sent me on my way.
No apology, instead tried to blame anything under the sun that could be a scapegoat.
Shameful
I am sadly back to costco or other generic tire shop.
The extra 200% charges do not get you any better service
