Incompetence
March 16, 2009After booking with Blaine Thomas for a trip to Orlando for 4 days then a 7 day cruise from Miami the agent David booked us a flight that didn't exist, we had to rent a car at $750 US and drive the 4 hrs, in 3 hrs and 15 minutes at 90 miles per hr in order to meet out cruise by 3pm or risk missing the boat and our $3000 we spent on the cruise.
