quantity not quality

Black & Lee is a big name in tuxedo rentals, so my husband was naturally drawn here when first looking for a place. They seem to go through a lot of customers in a day, or more than the other place where we got his tuxedo, so we didn't feel like we were really being catered to as closely as we'd liked.
