Ok for food, meh service

If you're having steak, you'll probably enjoy the experience, but the rest of menu was just ok. Not really filled with refinement.The service was a little lukewarm. The servers look overworked but trying to fake a smile. They did everything they were supposed to do, but with all the enthusiasm of\u2026 well, an underpaid under appreciated staff.

My friends and I dined at The Roof at Black + Blue on the evening of Tuesday July 29th. We were really disappointed with our dining experience to say the least. I have been looking forward to dining at your restaurant for many years now and finally had the opportunity to do so.
