Unprofessional

Be careful with this guy. We signed a contract with him; he performed a site visit and promised us a 1.5 week turnaround. After 2 weeks we contacted him via phone and email and he never responded. After 3 weeks we got him on the phone and he promised to finish by the end of the day. We never heard from him again. It put us weeks behind schedule. When he made the site visit he scribbled incoherent notes in his book and was obviously confused about what needed to be done. I wouldn't trust this engineer with anything. Also his quote was 30% higher than 3 other firms we contacted.
