For its food consistency, great service and atmosphere, high quality french food, Pastis has always delivered the goods for me. I have referred many friends and business associates who have never been disappointed. It is one of my top 3 favorite places to eat in Vancouver, maybe the best overall. Laurent.
Management is more interested in packing in people and turning the table over than in the quality of the dining experience. Servers are great but the food is average. I think our dining experience would have been much nicer if we had a proper table for three people rather than a tiny table for two--with one person hanging off the side and trying to fit three large plates onto such a small... more
