Delicious food and nice service

Used to go here a lot and haven't been for a while. Went back to celebrate my mother's 80th birthday and we were very pleasantly surprised. We had the private party room and it was so cozy and we loved being away from everybody else for our little family party. There were 11 of us. Everything was really really good.... more

Good Kosher Food in a Setting That Hasn't Been Updated in a While

This is a good dairy restaurant that makes basics. None of their food will ever be called cuisine, but the quality is good and the service is dependable. Some of our dinner guests keep kosher, so the place was just fine, but this paled in comparison to the other meals we had during our stay in Toronto.

Worth going for the onion soup

This is a kosher vegetarian/fish restaurant near the subways. On a recent visit I went their for dinner with two friends and thoroughly enjoyed the place. Everything they and I had was excellent but the clear highlight of the meal was French onion soup. I would journey up there for that dish!
