Une des très belles tables du Québec. Ils ont la plus grande cave a vin au monde du domaine de la romané-conti et de chateau d'Yquiem. Le foie gras poellé est fortement recommandé ainsi que le gibier. Nous avons été chaleureusement acceuillis dans cet endroit merveilleux

Malgre une excellente qualite de nourriture, je trouve les prix beaucoup trop eleves. C'est bien beau la fine cuisine mais disons que la quantite versus le prix est indirectement proportionnelle. De plus, ce restaurant est classe dans la mauvaise section de ce site. Il devrait se trouver dans la section 45$ et plus. Le site aurait bien besoin d'etre mis a jour la derniere mise a jour... more

Exellent restaurant, serveur sommelier très compétent avec carte inégalé. Une visite de la cave est de mise. Nourriture de grande classe 4* pour soupé en tête a tête.

Voici un vrai bistro un lieu où le vin est roi et la cuisine princesse ! Champlain Charest est lâme de ce restaurant depuis près de 30 ans. Tout a commencé par un coup de cur, avec son ami de toujours, le peintre Jean-Paul Riopelle, pour un vieux magasin général, au cur dun village des Laurentides, Ste-Marguerite-Estérel dans ce qui est désormais la plus belle ancienne bâtisse du village.... more
