Still the Ultimate

Nothing faddy, this place is classic West Coast. John Bishop is an excellent chef and Bishop's has stood the test of time and yet it's never "old." Expensive, but great for a special occasion.

John Bishop is a consummate host. He obviously picks high quality people, trains them well and motivates them highly. I guess he buys the best food ingredients as well because the food here is to the highest standards.
