Wow, talk about a lack of common courtesy. I called, asking for the marketing director and the receptionist impatiently said, "hang on a minute". She came back and asked what this is in regards to in a very demeaning tone. She told me to hang on again in a depressed tone as if to say "I hate answering the phone" and then she hung up. I will definitely not be doing business with these architects!
