Doesn't stand behind his products, beware!

Dave sold me a Husqvarna 562xp chainsaw. This is Huskys professional line. Inside two tanks of gas, the saw failed (they used silicone on the crank case as a seal). He gave me a replacement. It failed just as fast and in the same way. I called it a day and told Dave I wanted a refund since I can't afford more down time, nor the 200km round trip to his shop when the next one fails. He is refusing to refund me my cash (over $1000 for the saw), and claiming it's up to Husqvarna to refund him so he can refund me.

His financial problems are not my own. He should stand behind his products.
