Very disappointing
I am from out of town and, wanting a simple bouquet instead of an arrangement, had chosen this local florist over FTD service.
Flowers went to the wrong address, and instead of admitting that they might have been responsible for the mistake, this florist blamed the customer. The only apology given when I called to lodge a complaint was that they were "sorry that you feel that way."
