I don't suggest The Bike Guy for shopping

Hereby I am trying to compare The Bike Guy store located at 450 Simcoe St. S Unite 1, Oshawa, ON L1H 4J6 to other stores like Canadian Tire and Walmart.
1. Before shopping at Bike Guy, see Canadian Tire and Walmart. I bought two pairs of brake pads at Bike Guy each pair for $10, but I found each pair for $4.99 at Canadian Tire. I asked a bike spoke wrench from the seller (owner) and he said he could order it for $20, but I found it for $3.99 at Canadian Tire. Most of The Bike Guy’s stuff is not in their factories packages and they have put in zip-lock bags without any labels and bar codes by others out of the factories. This may cause the big differences between The Bike Guy and other stores on prices;
2. Most stores accept returns. They mean refund by return. If they have exceptional policies, they place big and visible signs in visible areas. If you ask cashiers if return is available, they answer “Yes” if it is, and answer “No” if it is not. Even they say the period of return and you have to have the purchase receipt for return. If you ask about the return, but only exchange is available, they don’t answer you only by “Yes”, but they answer “only exchange is possible in a certain days (for example 15 days) with the purchase receipt”. I mean you know all policies about return, refund, exchange, etc before your purchase at stores like Canadian Tire and if you ask a question from a cashier or customer service, you receive an exact and complete answer to your question, but how about The Bike Guy store? This store accepts only exchange or gives you a store credit
2-1. If you ask the owner about the return, he only answers “Yes” and that’s it. He means refund and store credit in his mind by return and doesn’t give you full information. He tells you half of the truth and hides the other half of the truth. When you go back to return the stuff, he claims that he doesn’t mean refund by return and you were responsible to ask detailed questions and so it was your fault. He can do exchange or give a store credit to you. Be careful and don’t argue about his hidden policies, because he may threaten you to call to police and even tell to police that you have tried to beat him.
2-2. The owner has placed three notices on walls with the following characteristics:
2-2-1. The notices are on small letter size papers;
2-2-2. The papers are red and notices have been printed in black ink. Suppose that how visible these notices would be even they are printed by large font?
2-2-3. The printed font is not big enough to be read from 2-3 meters distance even the notices are placed in visible areas and are not printed on red papers;
2-2-4. The first notice has been placed behind the entrance door; so after you open the door, it is left and hidden behind the door. The second one has been placed behind the cash register and the owner while you are talking to the owner. The notice is not big enough and visible even you look at the notice directly and the owner is not located between you and the notice. The third notice has placed beside the door of the garage at the end of the store and normally customers don’t go there. Therefore, the sizes and places of the notices don’t allow you to see the return policies if they are not shown to you by the owner and the owner will show them to you when you go back to the store to return the stuff other day, but to know about return policies at that time will be useless and you will sustain a loss.

Maybe check the local newspaper or local tv stations and look at the right ups on my business as I have been featured in there many times. I stand behind my name and it means a lot to me. Yes I no not have refunds in my... more
