I took my watch for repair. They told me they will use ORIGINAL PART. They were nice ONLY until they took my money. They replaced the required piece by a fake one and told me it was the original piece.
The repair job was a sham, and in a few days came loose. I took the watch to an authorized dealer and they told me that the piece was not original.
When I went back and confronted them I was told that “I was never promised an original part.”
