Poor service since 1986
Purchased a wood stove and was told it would arrive in 2 days and was assured it was made in Canada. Arrived in 10 days and was made in China. They offered me a different stove because I had arranged for installation and said nothing of an extra charge. Two weeks later received a bill for the difference in price.
