Great for a change
Not too big and not too small, just right for size. The food has great choices and is a unique BBQ style garnered from the US. Good beers to accompany and the prices for drinks here is very reasonable. The food prices are a bit above average but worth it for the change from the ordinary.
Good but not REAL southern BBQ
Hey, we lived in Texas. This is NOT southern BBQ a la Texas style. Okay, it may be closely resembling some sorts of southern BBQ, but not the kind we need in Calgary. It's not bad, just not the real Texas style BBQ that is really what they should offer. The Texans from the South awl bidness want to spread their lunch/dinner time gladness here, but it ain't available at Bit T's.

May 26, 2006Not too much lacking at Big T’s. The owner has spent some serious time in the South (Southeast USA that is). I have only had the pulled pork and brisket sandwiches, both are excellent and filling. Good smoke, and tender.
