Don't buy an RV here!!

I would never recommend Big Boys Toys to even my worst enemy. We bought a brand new pop up that had big problems when we went to pick it up and have our orientation on it. The walls were bowed out mentioned to the tech that did our orientation and was told by him that it came from the factory that way so its fine. Then goes on to tell us he doesn't know anything about pop ups??? It took us taking it to another dealer when having it dewinterized 2 months later that their tech told us that we had a major problem with our pop up. Ended up the walls weren't attached properly at least thats what BBT told us. After more than a year of dealing with Ian @ BBT we got permission from Jayco to take it to another dealer and have them inspect it which resulted in Jayco taking the trailer back to the factory to fix it. Jayco Customer Service was surprised that it even left the factory that way let alone one of their dealers. Stay Away Very Far Away from this place as all they want is you to buy a unit from them and then never fix it properly or end up with a new problem!!
