Great BBQ & Value

Five of us had dinner at Big Bone. The atmosphere is basic but very clean. They offer a large menu with various combinations of pulled pork, wings, and ribs.
We ordered the "#4 party pack" which consisted of 1 lb. wings, 1 lb. pulled pork, a full rack of ribs, and sides of corn bread, baked beans, fries, and coleslaw....

Mmm, mmm Good
September 23, 2012We have eaten here twice now and my husband and I wish we had lived closer. The staff, food, and atmosphere are all excellent. If this restaurant was closer I would have given it 5 stars. The location is great also if you live in Barrie. Plenty of parking unlike other restaurants where you have to fight with traffic and... more

Fail
September 02, 2012This is an amateur BBQ operation. Stringy under cooked ribs, hollow frozen fries, and plastic decor made for an below average outing. I wanted to like it, but it was not deserving in any way. At the very least the "Big Bone" should get a real bar. I've seen many better basement home bars.
