So Beverley Place was our first stop on our tri-legged (Toronto-Montreal-Quebec) tour. Our other two BnBs were so astoundingly great that this place just pales in comparison. Hence it lost a star :)
We were travelling with a 15 month old and my review is obviously a reflection of that.

Located on a quiet downtown street, this B & B is set in a completely renovated 1887 Victorian house. Within walking distance you can find many of Toronto's major attractions, including Queen Street West, Chinatown, the Legislative Buildings, and the Royal Ontario Museum.
