Business without Heart

I purchased an extremely expensive toilet for an elderly blind gentlemen. Before it was taken out of the box, he unfortunately passed away. Better Bathrooms no returns after 10 days is apparently etched in stone. I will certainly make sure to tell everyone I know in Coquitlam to stay clear of this heartless company.
