best burger in the city

I've tried all of the reputedly best burgers in Toronto (looking mostly to Toronto Life's article on this topic) and none has beaten the Bestellen Burger. I've had it a few times in the last few months. It is like the perfect marriage of patty and Brioche bun which makes each bite smooth and effortless;- It takes relatively few bites... more

Back for the Burger

This was our third time to Bestellen and we went back for the burger which is delicious. Half price bottles of wine on Sundays but great cocktails as well. Great food and although the starters are a but pricey for the portion size. Pork belly for example was tasty but $18 for two pieces?! Made reservations for 4 people, at 7:15 PM same day and it was easy with OpenTable. This was one of the few places that had charcuterie that I was able to make a res for in such short notice, which was great.
Came in on time and noticed the place was fairly empty, so the reservation was likely not required.... more
