My first time to the Primrose Hotel as I usually stay at the Sheraton, but they were sold out. Wasn’t expecting much, and was pleasantly surprised. There is a lot of work going on at the hotel, and even though the lobby was under renovation, I didn’t hear any noise. Went to the Primrose and was really pleased with my stay. They have been renovating the rooms and I was lucky enough to be the first person to stay in room 1704. They have obviously put a lot of time and money into upgrading everything and it really shows. So impressed with the hotel and the staff. Hope to be back again in the summer.
I found the staff at the hotel to be some of the friendliest I have encountered in a while in a hotel. I arrived very late at the Primrose (2am) and the staff were not only friendly and welcoming, but assisted me with luggage and finding an all night restaurant that would deliver as I hadn’t eaten since lunch.
