My wife's mom is in a LTC close. It is a long trip from midland to Ottawa so always is stress time Having a clean place is key. We did not know if the provided goodies were included so we did not use them

Staff was friendly. Hotel is nearby restaurants and pubs and places of interest. Breakfast was not good, but it's free!

Under ground parking attendant unhelpful, very tight space to enter garage. Construction outside of the hotel on the street, very noisy and loud. Happened to be there during street sewer cleaning and road repairs. I am sure the next visit will be quieter. all staff except the parking lot guy were fantastic.
