Overall very good. When we arrived, there was a dirty cleaning towel on the bathroom countertop from housekeeping. The next night, there were no new drinking cups in the bathroom. The desk is too close to the AC, as it blows on your back when sitting at the desk.

This is a hidden secret of a hotel. Located right off Hwy. 401 in London, ON, this hotel is modern, clean, quiet with a fabulous restaurant on-site.
