One of the nicest of the hotels along the Bow Valley Trail strip is the Pocaterra Inn. All rooms are spacious and come with gas fireplaces, and lots of thoughtful niceties. The king suites on the top floor are especially spacious and have grand views of the Rockies. Free high-speed wireless Internet service is available throughout the hotel, and there's a complimentary Internet kiosk in the lobby.

Long weekend hiking
July 01, 2014Nice place. Comfortable room. Quiet. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. They tried to be helpful. And if the hotel were not full everything probably would have worked out as they said. Great for the price we got!
June 21, 2014Canmore was a great place to stay if you want to see the mountains. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The rooms were clean and cute. It had a fireplace in the room which was nice and our room had a mountain view. The free breakfast was superb the variety was huge from eggs to bakery and more. I would definitely come back again and would recommend this hotel.
