Right downtown close to everything

Very clean but very noisy in the room. Had to ask for a quieter room as air conditioning or heater was extremely noisy. We were not offered any compensation for upset.

I normally stay at Best Western when I travel for work and this was the first time that I have been dissatisfied. The parking lot is not made for a grand mini van. There is also a limited number of spots or you have to park across the street. The heater for the room is very noisy and kept me awake most of the night.
