Service très courtois et irréprochable, on se sent vraiment comme des VIP :). Vraiment, le personnel est au petit soin. Jamais de regard désapprobateur, de signe méprisant ou d'indices d'irritabilité. Le client a toujours raison et la direction de l'hotel semble choisir du personnel de très grande qualité. Overall a good value. I'd likely never outright recommend this place, but it worked for us and it likely will for you too. REALLY soft beds, to the point of being uncomfortable and a fairly disinterested staff take off another star. All said the price is right and being located just under Vieux-Quebec is fantastic. Give it a shot.
