The hotel is getting old, not quite seedy. We could not control the heat/air-conditioning to our satisfaction. Although, the free breakfast was a very good one, they were slow to refill items and the line-up was too long.
The hotel was was in a great location. It was in walking distance to the Confederation Centre of the Arts, Founders' Hall, the harbor, shops and resturants. The room looked newly painted and had new curtains and carpet but it had an "unpleasant" odor. It smelled like a sour moldy odor.
