Had a GREAT time!
I had a wonderful time in Gatineau (Best western)very quiet place the location is great .It rained a lot while we were their but my hotel room had a balcony where I had a beautiful view of the Parliment bulding and was able to look at the boats as they went by on the river.Over all my trip was great,would like to visit again but hope that it will not rain so much so I can visit more attractions. Try to make use of the museums around hull and ottawa visit the Parliment building and check out so many others tours .
Decent Hotel.
I stayed here and it was fine, it was nothing fancy but for what you pay what do you expect, just a short drive or walk to downtown Ottawa.

Nous avons des diners et réunions dans les salles de cette hotel et nous les trouvons convenable. Le rapport qualité prix est excellent et la bouffe de l'hotel est super bonne lors de nos réunions.
Je recommande
Le Best Western Cartier de Gatineau possède de belles chambres ainsi qu'une vue splendide sur la rivière des Outaouais et sur le Parlement d'Ottawa.

Good value for money

Excellent location, great view, very professional and friendly staff. Lots of parking in the back (may not be the ideal, but better than parking on the road).
The staff were especially helpful.
There was only one complaint and I did call the front desk about it. There was smoke coming through the ventilation system on the first night and then...

we are really unpleased about this stay, we did not get the room that we reserved, we did nothave a good mattress and not enough warm sheet. we would like to get a rebate on our next stay, thank you

February 17, 2013This stay was great! Last time I booked at this location it was over booked and I had to travel at night to a different hotel in Gatineau. I was told I would get a credit to stay at a Best Western Hotel, but this has not happened. Roxane Brazeau remembers this incident.
